Recognition and Rewards Committee

The Recognition and Rewards Committee shall consist of a chair (Treasurer) and members from various areas of the University and shall be responsible for seeking and recommending service projects for the Staff Council to consider and support. The Committee shall be responsible for recognizing and celebrating accomplishments of University staff members.

Duties/Activities Include:

  • Assist with development, provide oversight, and coordinate payments associated with the Staff Council budget;
  • Work with University Advancement and HR on awards recognizing staff excellence;
  • Publicize & plan Pioneer Proud thank you event on each campus; and
  • Appoint a Committee Representative to the co-chair the Pioneer Scholarship Assistance Program (PAS) University Committee.
